Well, that’s a first…

Pretty nice little Saturday…we took a morning walk, went to Target, met up with a new pal.  Later, we went to another friend’s house for a party (we took the first shift, the family hour that started at 5 pm).  Brought O with us and he had a grand time.  Met some cool folks arriving for the “real” gathering as we were leaving to get him ready for bed. Such is living the toddler life.

One new thing for today…while at the party met this woman, fellow parent and very nice, who asked if I had kids.  I pointed to O, playing on the floor with G.  “He’s mine” I said.  “Oh!” she replied…”that’s great you have help! She seems great with him”.  Confused for a minute, I said “Oh?! That’s my wife.”

We’ve been mistaken for a lot of things…friends, colleagues, even sisters…but never hired help!

Anyway, short blog – back to season two of Orange is the New Black!

Happy Saturday 🙂
